This program posits a natural approach to Japanese language study in the context of immersion-based foreign language learning. That is why almost no direct English translation is provided (but audio transcripts and translations can be found in the User's Manual), and emphasis is placed on the use of native Japanese speakers' voices (both male and female). Users are expected to learn a foreign language the way they learned their first language.
